This is the kind of listing I love. Being sold as is, this modernist post and beam house is fully open plan with a great retro fireplace and walls of windows. Beams outline the structure and the stone floors are gorgeous. I just hope the buyer who ends up with it doesn't 'reimagine' it in anyway other than performing the required maintenance and utility upgrades. Too many original houses have been messed up that way!

All eyes will be on the auction for this remarkable home by Wright a month from today (Aug 12th, 2019). You never know what will happen at an auction and the sellers are banking on it! We featured this house several months ago and it obviously didn't find the buyer it deserved then - here's to hoping a sensitive buyer picks it up at the auction.
