Early issue Knoll Ottoman for Eero Saarinen's 'Grasshopper' chair made in the 1950s. Featuring an upholstered seat of molded plywood and set on a pair of bent ply legs, this is a great example of Saarinen's elemental modernism, reducing each element to its minimum. The seat has been reupholstered in a woinderful high texture Knoll fabric.
