Early and rare credenza designed by Florence Knoll and produced by H.G. Knoll Associates from 1947-1949, predating the company's change to Knoll Associates. Featuring a birch plywood case, ebonized oak legs, white painted interior, three adjustable wooden shelves, two glass shelves and pandanus covered sliding doors with leather pulls, this piece is iconic. With it's striking splayed leg base and contrasting material pallette, it may be one of Florence Knoll's best designs. This piece has been restored to very good condition with the original leather pulls, pandanus doors, shelves and base finish retained. The case was refinished and interior paint redone.
